Cargo departures from our bonded area (GDA) can be made between 08:00-17:30. Port departures can be made after 17:30 without charging a port overtime fee if customs duty is taken.
Container exits, with customs procedures completed, can be made between 08:00-22:45 on weekdays and Saturdays.
Door operations are not carried out on Sundays.

Can I get information about your Public Holiday Work Schedule?
Our ship operations continue 24/7. During religious holidays, Gate and CFS operations are suspended from 20:00 on the Eve of Eid until 20:00 on the first day of Eid. Service is available in our port area for customers who work customs shifts on other public holidays.

» Send the information regarding the cargo to be loaded/unloaded to planning@beldeport.com.tr and obtain an appointment for operational suitability and internal stuffing/strippping
» Learn the service fee from musteriiliskileri@beldeport.com.tr before the operation. A receipt will be sent to the relevant email address upon payment completion.
» For containers requiring stripping, submit an application to the Dilovası Customs Directorate with a petition.
» The transfer registration number, approved by the Dilovası Customs Directorate, will be added to the petition.
